Summer's garden harvest is on show at the Copperas Cove Farmers Market on Thursdays this summer! Check out the market to find the freshest summer vegetables and fruits in the area. I went out last Thursday and ended up with a huge bag of red potatoes, okra, green beans, cherry tomatoes and a jar of honey. I found the vendors to be very visitor friendly and proud of the products they had for sale.
I'll be back next Thursday for sure!
